1. Purpose and scope
This policy explains how Users may raise service, safety, privacy, content, review, payment or moderation concerns and seek reconsideration of an enforcement decision. It uses RALMIX's existing support channels; it does not announce a new ombudsman, round-the-clock team, court or automated dispute tribunal.
The Terms of Use govern the underlying relationship. Specialist rules apply to refunds, privacy, copyright and child protection. A User does not need to identify the correct legal category before reporting a problem.
2. How to submit a complaint
Use existing Account support/chat where available, https://ralmix.top/contact/ or support@ralmix.top. Give the relevant Account, Lesson, content URL or transaction reference; approximate dates and time zone; a concise explanation; the outcome sought; and necessary evidence you lawfully hold. Explain if there is a current safety risk or a deadline.
Do not send card credentials, passwords, irrelevant identity documents or another person's full private history. Do not download or redistribute exploitative child material; identify its location and follow appropriate authority instructions. If a feature is inaccessible because your Account is restricted, the published email/contact route remains the way to request review.
Individual lessons — Reporting a Lesson Problem. The student should report a material lesson issue within 24 hours after the scheduled end time whenever reasonably possible. RALMIX may review classroom logs, attendance timestamps, messages, tutor reports, and other relevant records before deciding the outcome. Examples include tutor no-show, materially shortened lesson, serious technical failure, incorrect lesson duration, or other service-delivery problems.
Group courses — Complaints and Support Review. Students should report material course issues promptly, preferably within 48 hours of the relevant session or event. RALMIX may review attendance records, classroom logs, messages, recordings where lawfully available, instructor reports, and other relevant evidence. Instructors may provide information about a dispute, but only RALMIX may approve platform credits, refunds, or course transfers.
3. Emergencies and specialised requests
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency or child-protection services. RALMIX support is not an emergency dispatcher and is not represented as continuously staffed. A legal reporting duty may require action outside RALMIX without waiting for a response.
Use the Refund Policy for reimbursement/withdrawal requests, the Privacy Policy for data rights and the Copyright / DMCA Policy for infringement notices. Statutory deadlines for those requests prevail over any general complaint-handling period. A complaint must not be ignored merely because it was sent through another reasonable published channel.
4. Initial assessment and protective action
RALMIX may check the reporter's connection to the matter where necessary, clarify missing information, identify urgent risks and preserve relevant records. An anonymous or incomplete report can still justify examining a credible safety concern, although lack of contact or detail may limit the response.
Temporary restriction of contact, content or access may be appropriate to reduce a serious risk while facts are assessed. A precaution is not a final finding of guilt. It should be limited to what the risk justifies and reconsidered when information changes. Financial holds, if payments are activated, require their own lawful basis and must not become automatic forfeiture.
5. Evidence and fair assessment
Relevant evidence may include the accepted terms, profile state, booking information, authorised message/support records, participation events and material supplied by the parties. RALMIX should distinguish an allegation, verified fact and reasonable inference. A connection log alone does not prove full Lesson delivery; a screenshot can omit context or be altered.
Where lawful and safe, an affected person should have an opportunity to explain a significant allegation. That does not require giving them a child's private records, a reporter's identity or security-sensitive details. Do not pressure a child to repeat an account unnecessarily or confront a suspected offender as part of a private investigation.
RALMIX does not promise access to media it never recorded, independent forensic testing in every case, or a particular evidential outcome. Its Platform decision is not a criminal conviction or binding adjudication of every legal dispute.
6. Decisions and communication
Possible outcomes include no action, correction, removal/restriction of content, a warning, a feature/profile limitation, temporary suspension, Account termination, an appropriate service remedy or a lawful referral. The measure should reflect seriousness, evidence, risk, relevant history and proportionality.
Where permitted, the response should identify the material reason, affected content/function and available review route. The reporter may receive limited outcome information because another person's privacy must be protected. RALMIX cannot guarantee complete confidentiality against a binding disclosure duty. It should not disclose more than necessary.
General complaints have no invented guaranteed resolution deadline. RALMIX should avoid unreasonable delay and explain material information needed to progress a matter. Refund and data-rights deadlines remain governed by their policies and applicable law, not by this general statement.
7. Appeals and reconsideration
To appeal, identify the decision and Account/reference, explain what you believe was incorrect or disproportionate, and provide relevant new or overlooked evidence. You may raise an error of fact, mistaken identity, procedural issue, misapplication of a rule or disproportionate consequence. Disagreement alone may not change the outcome, but should not be treated as misconduct.
RALMIX should reassess the reasons and relevant evidence. Where reasonably practicable, a person not responsible for the original decision should review a significant appeal; this is not a promise that a separate department exists. Review should not consist only of repeating an automated result. An urgent protection may remain while an appeal is assessed, with its continuing necessity considered.
No short contractual appeal deadline in this policy extinguishes a statutory remedy. Repeated identical submissions can be consolidated, but new material evidence and legally required requests must still be considered. A reviewed Platform decision does not stop a competent regulator or court from deciding the underlying rights.
8. Misuse and protection against retaliation
Do not fabricate evidence, impersonate a rights holder, coordinate malicious reports or threaten staff or participants. RALMIX may address abusive reporting proportionately. An honestly mistaken report, negative review or protected disclosure is not automatically bad faith.
Tutors and Users must not retaliate against a child, Parent / Guardian, reporter or witness, expose their private information or pressure them to retract a legitimate concern. Refunds and basic support must not be conditioned on silence or a positive review.
9. Retention and external remedies
Relevant complaint and moderation history may be retained to explain decisions, address related risks and establish or defend claims, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention limits. Account closure or a profile edit must not be used to conceal a lawful decision history. Access is limited by purpose and lawful authority.
Users retain rights to contact consumer/privacy authorities, police, courts, payment institutions and other competent bodies. Where an applicable platform regime provides further notice, reasons, appeal or out-of-court rights, those mandatory rights prevail. This policy does not certify RALMIX's classification under a particular regime or appointment of a regulatory representative. Internal review is not a prerequisite to urgent or statutory external relief.
