Child Privacy Notice

1. A short explanation for you

RALMIX helps you learn with Tutors online. To make that work, we need some information about your Account, your learning and the people involved in a Lesson. RALMIX LLC operates the Platform. You or a trusted adult can ask questions at legal@ralmix.top or https://ralmix.top/contact/.

You can ask for help if a question or request makes you uncomfortable. You do not have to give a Tutor your password, banking details, identity papers or home address to take an ordinary Lesson.

2. What information may be used

Information can include your name or Account identifier, contact details provided for the Account, learning language and goals, your chosen Tutor, Lesson times, messages, homework and support questions. If an adult arranges learning for you, we may also receive their contact details and information about their authority to act for you.

Your browser and the services need some technical information to connect, sign you in and deal with problems. If you use an AI learning tool, your question and the context used to answer it may be processed by the tool and, when enabled, its external provider. Do not put private family information, passwords or someone else's sensitive information into it.

3. Who can see or hear you

A Tutor can see the learning information you share with them. During a Lesson, the other participant can hear your microphone and see your camera or the screen you share while those are on. Check your background and close private documents before screen sharing. You can use the controls to stop transmitting.

LiveKit provides the classroom's video transport. This means the call uses a provider's infrastructure, not just your own device. The current classroom does not offer ordinary lesson recording, transcription or secret staff listening. This does not mean that another person is technically unable to try to record using their own device; unauthorised capture is against our rules.

4. What should stay private

Do not post your full address, school location, identity documents, passwords, payment details or private family information. Ask a trusted adult if you do not understand why information is requested. Do not send private images or continue a conversation that asks you to keep unsafe secrets.

Sharing something with a Tutor is not permission for them to publish it. RALMIX's ordinary Terms do not give permission to put your private Lesson, voice or photograph into advertising or train a general-purpose AI model on it. A new optional use needs an appropriate explanation and legally required permission.

5. Help, choices and stopping an interaction

You can tell a trusted adult, stop your camera/microphone, leave an uncomfortable Lesson and contact support. If your concern involves the adult who usually helps you, you can still seek appropriate help; you do not need that person's permission to report danger. In immediate danger, use local emergency or child-protection services, not just Platform messages.

You or a properly authorised adult can ask what information is held, correct a mistake or request deletion. Some records may have to remain for a specific legal or safety reason; we should explain why. Asking for help does not mean you did something wrong.

6. Information for Parents / Guardians

The Privacy Policy gives the fuller explanation of data categories, purposes, lawful grounds, providers, transfers, retention and rights. Parent involvement must correspond to actual legal authority. An invitation, verified email or declaration is not automatically verifiable parental consent under every law. RALMIX must not assume that an unknown-age Account belongs to an adult.

Where GDPR consent rules for an information-society service apply, the threshold for a child's own consent depends on the applicable Member State's law within the statutory range; it is not a universal contractual age. Egyptian law gives children's data special protection. Where US COPPA applies, its verifiable parental-consent and related requirements must be met before non-exempt processing. Merely publishing this notice does not satisfy those mechanisms or certify that they exist.

If the required safeguards or authority for a particular use are not established, the affected use must be resolved with RALMIX before proceeding. A child should not be asked to provide more personal data than reasonably necessary for the activity. Separate optional uses must not be bundled into access to essential learning without a lawful justification.

7. Recipients, location and retention

Relevant information is shared with the Lesson participants, appropriately authorised adults, and providers needed for the service. Support personnel may review information relevant to a request or safety report. This is not permission for continuous monitoring or unrestricted disclosure to any person claiming to be a parent.

RALMIX operates in Egypt; Tutors and providers may be elsewhere. International processing requires applicable safeguards and permissions, not just acceptance of this notice. Account, communication and safety records must be retained only while justified by their purpose and legal requirements. RALMIX must not describe children's data as anonymous merely because a name was removed.

8. Adult requests

The Legal Center loads Yandex Metrika only after the analytics choice described in the Cookie Policy and disables session replay there. The choice component does not verify age or parental authority. This notice does not authorise optional tracking of a child or represent that child-specific tracking protection has been implemented everywhere. Use “Necessary only” unless the applicable permission and safeguards are in place; this does not replace RALMIX's obligations under law.

An adult requesting data may need to demonstrate their authority. RALMIX must also consider the child's independent rights and other people's privacy. A payment relationship does not grant unrestricted access to all communications. Contact support to review or withdraw a permission; withdrawal must be respected within the applicable legal rules.

9. Related safety information

Read the Parent / Guardian Agreement and Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy. Important changes to children's processing require an appropriate explanation and renewed permission where necessary. A policy update is not a substitute for protecting children in the actual service.
